Purchase the Controller and service through this website. We prepare your unit with its own identity and claim code.

We mail your Controller.
Receive the unit and installation instructions for your supported system. Follow the required wiring and commissioning steps.

Make it yours in the app.
Create your account, enter the Controller’s device ID and claim code, and complete network setup.

Name what’s at your pool.
Map the detected AquaLink controls to your lights, pumps, and other supported equipment. Then set schedules and invite family.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Will it work with my Jandy system?
Poolside is being developed for supported Jandy AquaLink RS configurations. Features depend on the panel, revision, and connected equipment. Compatibility and commissioning must be verified before use; we don’t claim support for every Jandy installation.
Do I need a separate home automation system?
No. Your phone and optional Console connect directly to the Poolside Controller at home. The Poolside service provides accounts, access sharing, and remote control.
What happens when the internet goes out?
Previously paired, authorized devices can use a reachable Controller over the local network. Your router and local network still need to work. Initial enrollment, new access grants, and remote access need the internet. Time-limited guest access also needs a trustworthy clock after a Controller restart.
Can my phone and Controller be on different networks?
They can use different local subnets or VLANs if your network allows the phone or Console to reach the Controller. Poolside doesn’t require mDNS discovery. Restrictive network rules may need adjustment during setup.
Is the Console required?
No. The Android and iPhone apps are the primary way to set up and use Poolside. The Console is an optional dedicated interface, with its hardware still in development.
How does Poolside handle personal information?
The product is designed to collect the account, device, and operational information it needs to work. We don’t build advertising profiles or sell personal information. This preview site has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or email collection form. Read the website privacy notice.
